Seeing 150 odd inmates, who aren’t what one can call intellectually able, move about in a place that really cannot occupy one tenth of the population, was really disheartening. But there wasn’t much Br. Albin could do. He has been at war to protect the under-housed. There was no religion, caste, or even gender discrimination. Once in a blue moon does one see a family that has set aside everything else for the society we are all part of. That is Br. Albin to you in a nutshell. We were really fortunate for having gotten this opportunity to spend a day with him, his family, and the people he has been taking care of. We were able to take care of a portion of their needs. The day certainly has inspired us to go forward, further.
